- brass is softer than hardened steel and requires properly sized pilot holes
- hand installation recommended, avoid impact drivers in MDF or hardwood, pre-threading with a steel screw is recommended before final brass screw installation
- installation variables such as pilot hole sizing, substrate density, and applied torque are the responsibility of the installer
- wipe clean only, polish if necessary
