Classic Goldsmith hammer. Head is is 3.5 oz, 3″ long with 5/8″ (16mm) polished face. Hardwood handle. Made in Europe. Drop forged and case hardened for a lifetime of service. This hammer requires that you file, shape and polish both ends. Use files to shape, then polish to a mirror finish. The head is usually very lightly domed. All edges should be relieved of any sharpness.
