3M Radial Bristle Discs 80 Grit
This grit for satin finish on brass, bronze and other hard metals. Use as a first step in removing scratches from bronze, brass and harder metals. 3M Radial Bristle Discs will give you the best possible finish and polish with a rotary tool. Use 80 grit to remove firescale from sterling silver. These work best when stacked at least 4 to a mandrel (6 is ideal). Order 1 screw mandrel for each grit. Stack at least 3 discs per mandrel (6 is maximum) so the bristles sweep in a clockwise direction. Bristle discs last a long time and can be used right down to the nub.
