Description
110 trough end for 18″ conveyor and 3-7/16″ CHEVRON roller bearing with a drive shaft and with feet is designed to handle medium to heavy thrust loads in either direction in any application. When starting up a screw conveyor, thrust is created in the direction opposite to the flow of material. If the thrust is not properly contained, it will wear on the hanger bearings, trough end, and screw. The Chevron bearing adequately handles these thrust loads and is recommended for screw conveyor applications rather than a self-aligning ball bearing.
